Mindfulness and well-being events are becoming an increasingly popular choice for parties and work events. Life is chaotic and many of us struggle with switching off and relaxing the mind. Whether its Massage and Holistic therapy, or Mindful and self care workshops, we can help you to create a mindful event that your friends, guests or employees will love!

Our Story

Me and my colleague Amanda are experienced in running Mindful and Holistic retreats, workshops and events which can be tailored to our clients needs. We can offer a mixture of Workshops, Massage and Holistic therapy, perfect for either a Hen-Do, Party or work event! You can see a list of what we can offer below. Contact us to tailor this workshop to you and your event. We can incorporate Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, sound healing, Self Care and skincare, along with face massage and acupressure tutorials (great for parties and Hen's!)

We will work with you to create a 1 hour workshop suited to your group. We will then be available to offer each group member a 40 min treatment of choice. (all treatments to be booked in advance).
